Lu's Days ...

The days in India has been so hot ever since we've arrived. It is like the hot summer times in Canada. How is weather like in Canada right now ? I'm guessing it should get pretty cool and chilling by now.

Even thou we are at a foreign land, we miss the harsh Canadian winter from time to time. To ease our home sick, we went to a place called "Snooooooow World" last Sat.



SNOW WORLD !!!


Initially, we just wanted to find a place where we can do some skating. We asked around and that is the place that people referred. But apparently, "Snooooooow World" has a lot more to offer other than mere skating.

Do you believe in Santa when you were small ? Or were you one of those kids who've always know that it is something the adults made up to take money from your parents during Christmas time ? Well, I've always been the second kind ...... until I went to "Snoooooow World".

Right outside of "Snow World", I saw SANTA !! Although he tried to disguise himself by dying his beard black, dressing in India clothings, and eating Curry with his hands, he cannot trick ME !!

Anywayzzzz ...... We brought the tickets and went in. We thought we would get to skate. But instead, we got the following :



Let him die. I've never really liked him anyways. *evil grin*


After being chewed up and spitted out, we needed some real exercise to replace our urge to skate for the day. So we played some basketball. Yup, that's right, playing basketball, in the snow, in India.



Did it went it ? I dunno. I was too excited by the snow to care about basketball.


One of the staff there saw how enthusiastic and joyful we, Canadians who've seen this for too many days in their lives, were to see fake snow in a high school gym. So she decided to further heighten our excitement by offering extra services.





She threw snow at our face.

Us, being the crowd who've already mastered the art of snow-ball fights, showed her how it is really done in Canada.

For the next 10 minutes or so, we practiced the art of fights onto each other. That was probably the most fun experience I had with "Snoooowww World". But then we got bored of it finally and decided to leave.

"LEAVING !?!? But the artificial snow fall will be in 15 mins !!!" is the phrase which we've heard from the 15 staffs whom we've passed thru. Those guys must think we are crazy to spend 200 rupees but missing out on the snow fall ; while we think that it is crazy to pay $3 canadian to see snow fall in a gym. (Yeah, 200 rupees = $3).
